Al\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n sipari\u015f esnas\u0131nda beyan etti\u011fi ad, soyad, adres, telefon ve e-posta bilgileri esas al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<h2>MADDE 2 &ndash; S\u00d6ZLE\u015eMEN\u0130N KONUSU<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>\u0130\u015fbu S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin konusu, ALICI'n\u0131n SATICI'ya ait internet sitesi \u00fczerinden elektronik ortamda sipari\u015fini yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131, sitede nitelikleri ve sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 belirtilen l\u00fcks shearling (kuzu k\u00fcrk\u00fc) ve deri giyim\/aksesuar \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131, teslimi ve taraflar\u0131n 6502 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcketicinin Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanun ve Mesafeli S\u00f6zle\u015fmeler Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi h\u00fck\u00fcmleri uyar\u0131nca hak ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerinin belirlenmesidir.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<h2>MADDE 3 &ndash; S\u00d6ZLE\u015eME KONUSU MAL, F\u0130YAT VE \u00d6DEME B\u0130LG\u0130LER\u0130<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>Mal\u0131n cinsi, t\u00fcr\u00fc, modeli, rengi, adedi, KDV dahil sat\u0131\u015f bedeli ve teslimat masraflar\u0131 sipari\u015f \u00f6zeti ekran\u0131nda ve sipari\u015f onay e-postas\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r. \u00d6deme, ALICI taraf\u0131ndan PayTR g\u00fcvenli sanal POS altyap\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerinden kredi kart\u0131 veya banka kart\u0131 ile pe\u015fin veya taksitli olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<h2>MADDE 4 &ndash; TESL\u0130MAT VE \u0130FA \u015eARTLARI<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>S\u00f6zle\u015fme konusu \u00fcr\u00fcn, yasal 30 g\u00fcnl\u00fck azami s\u00fcreyi a\u015fmamak ko\u015fuluyla, ALICI'n\u0131n sipari\u015f formunda belirtti\u011fi teslimat adresine SATICI'n\u0131n anla\u015fmal\u0131 oldu\u011fu kargo \u015firketi arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla teslim edilir. Kargo \u00fccreti, aksi sitede kampanya dahilinde a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtilmedik\u00e7e ALICI'ya aittir ve sipari\u015f tutar\u0131na eklenir.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<h2>MADDE 5 &ndash; CAYMA HAKKI<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p><strong>5.1. Yasal S\u00fcre ve Kapsam:<\/strong> ALICI, 6502 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun ve Mesafeli S\u00f6zle\u015fmeler Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi uyar\u0131nca, hi\u00e7bir hukuki ve cezai sorumluluk \u00fcstlenmeksizin ve hi\u00e7bir gerek\u00e7e g\u00f6stermeksizin, mal\u0131 teslim ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren <strong>14 (on d\u00f6rt) g\u00fcn<\/strong> i\u00e7inde s\u00f6zle\u015fmeden cayma hakk\u0131na sahiptir.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<p><strong>5.2. Cayma Hakk\u0131n\u0131n Bildirimi:<\/strong> Cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 14 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde SATICI'ya yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak veya kal\u0131c\u0131 veri saklay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 (e-posta: <span class=\"sezskin-legal-placeholder\">[RESM\u0130 \u0130LET\u0130\u015e\u0130M E-POSTASI \/ OFFICIAL BUSINESS EMAIL]<\/span>) arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131k bildirimde bulunulmas\u0131 yeterlidir.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<p><strong>5.3. \u0130ade S\u00fcreci ve Geri \u00d6deme:<\/strong> SATICI, cayma bildiriminin kendisine ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren en ge\u00e7 14 (on d\u00f6rt) g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde, varsa mal\u0131n t\u00fcketiciye teslim masraflar\u0131 da dahil olmak \u00fczere tahsil edilen t\u00fcm \u00f6demeleri, ALICI'n\u0131n sat\u0131n al\u0131rken kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6deme arac\u0131na uygun \u015fekilde ve ALICI'ya herhangi bir masraf veya y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck getirmeksizin tek seferde iade eder.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<p><strong>5.4. Mal\u0131n \u0130adesi:<\/strong> ALICI, cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131 kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin bildirimi y\u00f6neltti\u011fi tarihten itibaren en ge\u00e7 10 (on) g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde mal\u0131 SATICI'n\u0131n anla\u015fmal\u0131 kargo \u015firketine teslim etmek zorundad\u0131r. Mal SATICI'n\u0131n anla\u015fmal\u0131 kargo firmas\u0131 ile iade edildi\u011finde kargo masraf\u0131 SATICI'ya aittir.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<h2>MADDE 6 &ndash; CAYMA HAKKININ KULLANILAMAYACA\u011eI HALLER VE DER\u0130\/K\u00dcRK \u00dcR\u00dcNLER\u0130 AYRIMI<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>Mesafeli S\u00f6zle\u015fmeler Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi'nin 15. maddesi uyar\u0131nca cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131n istisnalar\u0131 belirlenmi\u015ftir. Bu kapsamda:<\/p>\n\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t<li><strong>Standart Katalog \u00dcr\u00fcnlerinde Cayma Hakk\u0131 Vard\u0131r:<\/strong> SEZSKIN katalog ve ma\u011faza koleksiyonunda sergilenen standart bedenli do\u011fal kuzu k\u00fcrk\u00fc (shearling), s\u00fcet ve deri mont, kaban ve ceketler cayma hakk\u0131 kapsam\u0131ndad\u0131r. ALICI bu \u00fcr\u00fcnleri 14 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde iade edebilir.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li><strong>Ki\u015fiselle\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve \u00d6zel Sipari\u015f \u0130stisnas\u0131:<\/strong> T\u00fcketicinin istekleri veya ki\u015fisel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda \u00f6zel olarak haz\u0131rlanan mallarda (\u00f6zel \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcye g\u00f6re dikilen, m\u00fc\u015fterinin talebiyle kol\/etek boyu de\u011fi\u015ftirilen, \u00fczerine ad\/monogram i\u015flenen veya \u00f6zel sipari\u015fle \u00fcretilen par\u00e7alar &ndash; Y\u00f6netmelik m. 15\/1-b) <strong>cayma hakk\u0131 kullan\u0131lamaz<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li><strong>\u00dcr\u00fcn\u00fcn Durumu:<\/strong> T\u00fcketici, cayma s\u00fcresi i\u00e7inde mal\u0131, i\u015fleyi\u015fine, teknik \u00f6zelliklerine ve kullan\u0131m talimatlar\u0131na uygun bir \u015fekilde kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde meydana gelen de\u011fi\u015fiklik ve bozulmalardan sorumlu de\u011fildir. Ancak deneme boyutunu a\u015fan, a\u00e7\u0131k havada giyilmi\u015f, parf\u00fcm\/sigara kokusu sinmi\u015f, deri y\u00fczeyi k\u0131r\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f, \u00e7izilmi\u015f veya orijinal koruma etiketi ve m\u00fchr\u00fc s\u00f6k\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan de\u011fer kayb\u0131ndan ALICI mevzuat uyar\u0131nca sorumludur.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\n\t\t\t<h2>MADDE 7 &ndash; UYU\u015eMAZLIKLARIN \u00c7\u00d6Z\u00dcM\u00dc VE YETK\u0130L\u0130 MERC\u0130<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>\u0130\u015fbu S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin uygulanmas\u0131nda, Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131'nca her y\u0131l Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda ilan edilen parasal s\u0131n\u0131rlar dahilinde ALICI'n\u0131n mal veya hizmeti sat\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya ikametgah\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu yerdeki <strong>T\u00fcketici Hakem Heyetleri<\/strong> ile <strong>T\u00fcketici Mahkemeleri<\/strong> yetkilidir.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<h2>MADDE 8 &ndash; Y\u00dcR\u00dcRL\u00dcK<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>ALICI, Site \u00fczerinden verdi\u011fi sipari\u015fe ait \u00f6demeyi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011finde i\u015fbu S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin t\u00fcm ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmi\u015f say\u0131l\u0131r. BUYER (CONSUMER) INFORMATION<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<p>The Buyer is the individual or entity who places an order electronically on the Site. The Buyer's name, billing\/delivery address, telephone number, and email address provided during the checkout process shall constitute the contractual basis.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<h2>ARTICLE 2 &ndash; SUBJECT MATTER<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the mutual rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the electronic order, sale, and delivery of luxury shearling, suede, and leather apparel.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<h2>ARTICLE 3 &ndash; GOODS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>The descriptions, models, quantities, and prices of the goods including all applicable taxes and shipping fees are specified on the order review screen. Payment is completed through the secure PayTR gateway via credit or debit card.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<h2>ARTICLE 4 &ndash; DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>The ordered items shall be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer within the statutory maximum timeframe of 30 days via the Seller's contracted courier company.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<h2>ARTICLE 5 &ndash; STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p><strong>5.1. Withdrawal Period:<\/strong> In accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within <strong>14 (fourteen) days<\/strong> from the date of physical receipt of the goods without providing any justification and without incurring any penalty.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<p><strong>5.2. Exercise and Refund:<\/strong> The Consumer may exercise their withdrawal right by sending written notice to <span class=\"sezskin-legal-placeholder\">[RESM\u0130 \u0130LET\u0130\u015e\u0130M E-POSTASI \/ OFFICIAL BUSINESS EMAIL]<\/span> within the 14-day window. The Seller shall refund all payments collected within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice via the original payment method without additional charges.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<p><strong>5.3. Return Shipment:<\/strong> The Consumer shall hand over the items to the Seller's contracted courier within 10 days of notifying the Seller.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<h2>ARTICLE 6 &ndash; EXCEPTIONS TO WITHDRAWAL &amp; NATURAL LEATHER GUIDELINES<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t<li><strong>Standard Catalog Items:<\/strong> Standard-sized shearling jackets, leather coats, and accessories in the SEZSKIN collection are fully eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li><strong>Bespoke \/ Custom Goods Exception:<\/strong> Goods made to the consumer's specific requests or individualized measurements (custom bespoke tailoring, altered lengths\/sleeves, personalized monogramming per Regulation art. 15\/1-b) are <strong>strictly exempt from the right of withdrawal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li><strong>Condition of Returned Goods:<\/strong> The consumer may inspect the garment as they would in a luxury boutique.
