MATERYAL DO\u011eRULAMA, \u00c7\u0130FTL\u0130K HAYVANCILI\u011eI VE CITES AYRIMI<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>SEZSKIN koleksiyonlar\u0131 m\u00fcnhas\u0131ran \u00e7iftliklerde yeti\u015ftirilen evcil hayvanlardan (<em>Ovis aries<\/em> &ndash; evcil koyun ve <em>Bos taurus<\/em> &ndash; evcil s\u0131\u011f\u0131r) elde edilen deri ve k\u00fcrklerle \u00fcretilmektedir. Bu evcil hayvanlar CITES listelerinde yer almamakla birlikte, uluslararas\u0131 sevkiyatlarda do\u011fru biyolojik t\u00fcr beyan\u0131 ve tabaklanm\u0131\u015f konfeksiyon vasf\u0131n\u0131n kon\u015fimentolarda a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtilmesi zorunludur. GOVERNING FRAMEWORK &amp; LOCAL CONSUMER PROTECTIONS<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>These International Sales Terms govern all cross-border purchases dispatched outside the customs territory of the Republic of T\u00fcrkiye through SEZSKIN.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"sezskin-legal-notice-box\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Mandatory Consumer Rights Reserved:<\/strong> Contracts are governed by the laws of the Republic of T\u00fcrkiye to the extent permitted by conflict-of-laws principles. <strong>The Incoterms 2020 DAP delivery clause allocates logistics carriage and transit risk only; it does not and cannot contractually override non-waivable mandatory consumer rights provided under the law of your country of habitual residence (such as mandatory statutory rights under EU Rome I Regulation Art. 6 or applicable state consumer protection acts).<\/strong> Jurisdictions other than our primary operating markets (T\u00fcrkiye and the United States) remain subject to ongoing local legal review.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<h2>2. TRANSACTION CURRENCY AND EXPORT CLEARANCE<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t<li><strong>Settlement Currency:<\/strong> Cross-border sales are officially billed, invoiced, and settled in <strong>United States Dollars (USD)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li><strong>Statutory Export Clearance:<\/strong> Each consignment is exported legally through Turkish Customs under Electronic Commerce Customs Declarations (ETGB micro-export) or formal export clearance with an official e-archive export invoice.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\n\t\t\t<h2>3. INCOTERMS 2020 DAP (DELIVERED AT PLACE)<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all international consignments are fulfilled on an <strong>Incoterms 2020 DAP (Delivered at Place)<\/strong> basis. Risk of loss and title to the goods transfer to the client upon physical delivery and signature at the designated international delivery address.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<h2>4. SHIPPING CHARGES VS. IMPORT FEES &amp; IMPORTER OF RECORD<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"sezskin-legal-notice-box\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Clear Separation of Charges:<\/strong> The shipping fee paid at checkout covers international air transit and cargo insurance only. It DOES NOT cover destination customs duties, local sales\/use taxes, or courier brokerage advancement fees. <strong>SEZSKIN does not represent or guarantee that international shipments will enter duty-free.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t<li><strong>Separate Billing by Carrier:<\/strong> The designated consignee is the legal Importer of Record. Any customs duties, entry filing fees (such as US Merchandise Processing Fees), destination taxes, or carrier administrative disbursement charges are assessed separately by the courier (DHL\/FedEx\/UPS) prior to or upon delivery.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li><strong>Customs Inspections:<\/strong> Customs and border authorities retain full statutory authority to inspect parcels and verify tariff classifications. SPECIES DECLARATION, FARM LIVESTOCK &amp; CITES SCOPE<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>SEZSKIN pieces are crafted solely from common domesticated livestock (<em>Ovis aries<\/em> &ndash; domestic sheep and <em>Bos taurus<\/em> &ndash; domestic bovine cattle) raised as agricultural byproducts. While domesticated livestock is excluded from CITES appendices, precise biological species naming and tanning descriptions remain mandatory on customs manifests. We strictly prohibit, do not process, and never sell garments derived from wild, exotic, or endangered fauna.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<h2>6.
